Service terms acknowledgement

Care is provided in the client's home. Carol does not board pets at her home. Requested dates are not confirmed until Carol accepts the request in writing.

Clients are responsible for accurate access instructions, feeding instructions, medication instructions, emergency contacts, veterinary information, and behavior disclosures.

Carol can provide simple oral medication support when the pet is used to it. Injections, live-mouse feeding, unsafe animal handling, and care outside Carol's comfort level require separate written review and may be declined.

Walks and outdoor time may be shortened, delayed, or changed when heat, rain, storms, pet exhaustion, unsafe conditions, or animal behavior make the planned care inappropriate.

Payment timing, deposits, cancellation terms, holiday rates, and any special arrangements must be confirmed directly with Carol before service begins.
