No. Carol's Critter Care provides care in the client's home so pets can stay on their normal routine.
What pets can Carol care for?
Carol cares for dogs and cats and is open to rabbits, birds, pigs, fish, and other household pets when the routine is clear and manageable.
Is a request automatically confirmed?
No. Carol reviews each request and confirms availability, scope, payment details, and timing directly before service is scheduled.
How do repeat clients book?
Use the existing-customer booking option with the same email and phone number from the original intake. If the terms record is current, booking opens without repeating the full form.
Can Carol give medication?
Simple routines can be reviewed directly. Injections, unsafe handling, specialty care, or routines outside Carol's comfort level may be declined.
What should clients prepare?
Clear feeding notes, access instructions, emergency contacts, vet information, medication details, and any behavior or walk limits Carol should know.
